Refund & Purchases Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2025

At Nexus Roleplays, we offer optional in-server packages designed to enhance and streamline your gameplay experience. By purchasing these packages, you agree to the following terms:

1. In-Server Purchases

Packages may include (but are not limited to):

• Virtual currency (economy money)

• Role-based perks

• Gameplay boosts

• Access to exclusive channels or content

All purchases are non-transferable and tied to your Discord account.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of the original purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 1 week (7 days) of the transaction date.

• You still possess the full amount of any economy money or perks included in the package.

• You understand that all purchased items, roles, perks, and currency will be fully removed from your account upon refund.

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You have spent or lost a portion of the in-game currency from the package.

• The refund request is made after 7 days.

• Abuse of the refund policy is suspected.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Open a ticket or contact a Moderator or Briggsy via Discord.

2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., transaction ID or screenshot).

3. Allow up to 72 hours for the request to be reviewed.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method if applicable.

4. Policy Abuse

Attempts to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the refund system may result in:

• Denial of future refund requests

• Temporary or permanent suspension from Nexus Roleplays

5. No Guarantee of Future Availability

Packages and perks may change or be retired at any time. Purchasing a package does not guarantee permanent availability of its contents.
